Refund Policy
Given the nature of digital content, we do not generally offer a refunds on a purchased website service unless we have made changes to these terms that materially affect you as required under California consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws. If you would like to request a refund, you may contact your Account Manager, or open a help request. Please see the Service Agreement you signed upon account creation for more details about what refunds are available to you.
We will assess refund or credit requests on their merits. There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:
- you have changed your mind about your website launch;
- you changed your launch date with less than 48 hours notice; or you changed your launch date on a weekend or holiday;
- you purchased by mistake;
- you ask for goodwill;
If we decide to issue a refund, this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase. Any payment made to you will be made in the currency Next Day Websites offered to you when you purchased your website and to the same method you used to make that purchase.
Disputes lodged with payment agents: If, as a customer, you lodge a dispute with a payment agent, this will result in a freezing of your Next Day Websites services and accounts until the dispute raised with the payment agent has been cancelled. This makes it very complex to resolve any related issues so we encourage you to contact us directly first to see if we can help resolve any concerns.
Cancellation: You can cancel your Next Day Websites account any time, and you will continue to have access to your own websites and websites assets on the services you have already purchased elsewhere.
To cancel, please follow our instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your order, your services will automatically terminate and you will not be able to access your account, or any items as part of any project, even if you have downloaded the item prior to cancellation.
